The general skill set covers:
** In depth knowledge / understanding of current common / leading architecture and technology.
** Prior experience in similar (Solution Architect) capacity in Health Payer organization
** Proven ability to discuss technical details and abstract to the architectural level complementing these:
** Must be a team player who is ready to support, share and receive guidance.
** Must have core technical competence (hands on) in one enabling / current technologies (such as Portal, Business Rules, Work Flow, Security, B2B, TIBCO)
Example for anticipated responsibilities:
** Participate in planning design and deployment of Trizetto core solution suite components
** Participate in planning and design sessions for the re-architecting and implementation of core Facets interfaces (surrounds)
** Translate business requirements into high level and detail technical designs.
** Influence long term technology strategy for the Model Office implementation
** Examine and evaluate technology vendors and their hardware/software for strategic solutions that fit into the proposed strategic solution
** Develop and maintain standards and guidelines for responsible area of architecture
** Document strategy, functional, and detailed designs
** Provide technical leadership to project and support teams
