Key skills and strengths:
Has 5-years experience in meat industry.
As a slaughter:
Familiar with working on line.
Familiar with all production cycle in a slaughterhouse beginning with killing animals (cattle and pigs) until preparation of ready production for freezing. Has practical skills in cutting carcass into parts, draining blood; detaching skin from groin, front and hind legs; cutting off hooves; flaying carcass with a knife; viscera removing and parting; cutting carcass with mechanical saw or axe in parts; stripping; carcass deboning (hind part, thorax, front legs, shoulder, neck); cleaning the meat from haematoma, fat, tendons, cartilages, membrane.
