As a Senior Staffing Consultant at IVedha, you are an independent businessperson who thrives on commission income. You will have the best tools and resources in the industry necessary to develop business and maximize your income. You will have access to Workopolis and Monster - the two premier Canadian resume data banks, and Dice, the number one data base in the US as well as, our own proprietary resume repository. Strategic support is available with the primary premise being opportunity maximization through synergy and an effective blend of talents in an environment that eliminates barriers. Corporate philosophy is based on the delivery of "quality work" and building repeat business by more than satisfying the employer while ensuring an excellent fit for both the employer and the candidate. We are centrally located in Don Mills with direct access via the TTC.


We are primarily interested in talking to consultants that specialize in the Technology arena but individuals with a background in other specializations such as sales, marketing, accounting and finance, health care, human resources, and engineering are also invited to discuss opportunities with us.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Source, develop and service new business opportunities and service existing accounts.

REQUIREMENTS:

Proven ability to develop and nurture client relationships.
A track record of success sourcing and placing quality people.
Proven ability to develop business. You see yourself as a "hunter".
The confidence ability and desire to earn $100,000 to $150,000 or more per annum.

COMPENSATION:

Commissions are shared. Account Managers can earn the larger share of commissions generated through consultant sourced business based on performance.

Source of Commissions: - recruiter sourced business - house accounts - business sourced and transferred from other business development managers (motivated by a very fair sharing of commissions). Start up “base plus commission” alternatives are available.
