Position: Phone Agent
Location: Sheppard and Bathurst (Toronto)
Salary: ($12.67 per hour), 44 hours per week
Timings: In between 9.00am-9.00pm, Any combination of the 44 will work as long as it’s in a set schedule. We’d prefer employees who can work later hours. Greater consideration will be given to candidates who can work a Sunday instead of another day (preferably Friday).
Job Description:-
Phone Agents answer incoming calls and emails. The job is to answer client questions, stick to a loose script, enter in all the client details and send them out an initial correspondence package. They have a regular follow-up list they need to contact each day.
Perfect English, confident and comfortable being on the phone. Must be pleasant but possess the ability to motivate. Office experience helpful but not required. Phone Agents will often move in to another position over time.
