Due to continued growth, we are searching for Executive Search Consultants and Senior Recruiters, with a niche specialty in one (or more) of the following areas: public sector, not-for-profit, infrastructure, academia and health care. You will operate a “360 desk”, marketing candidates, sourcing and recruiting potential candidates and identifying leads and job orders, while building and maintaining candidate and client relationships.
The successful candidate is a team player who effectively builds relationships both inside and outside the organization. He/she is dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of the company and its partner organizations. The Recruiter builds strong relationships with both candidates and clients and effectively utilizes information to find the most suitable employment opportunities that will benefit both parties.
These individuals must possess strong networking skills and are the primary interface with both candidates and clients. The Recruiter works to build strong and sustainable commercial relationships using interpersonal savvy in the pursuit of expected business results.
Requirements
5-10 years of experience in recruiting.
A passion for working with people, generating new sales leads and experience in cold calling.
Impeccable attention to detail, superb time management and prioritization skills, a keen attitude and willingness to accept challenges and work autonomously.
