Store Manager

We are seeking a strong Senior Store Manager with a background in apparel or footwear who is a strong sales driver and is ready for the next step in his/her career.

Overall Job Function: Leads a team of associates within a department and actively works on the sales floor in order to maximize profit. Leads the staff by example and inspires others with enthusiasm and energy.

• Ability to provide leadership, motivate and develop our staff through shared values
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
• Proven organizational and analytical skills
• Strong merchandising skills and fashion consciousnesses
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team environment
• 3-5 years prior retail management experience
