Bilingual Nurse
IRO $40 per hour
4-6 month contract
Our clients are a research-based pharmaceutical company devoted to discovering and developing new and innovative medicines, vaccines and health care products for their global customers.
As part of their ongoing expansion, they presently have openings for Bilingual Nurses to join their west end team.
The Bilingual Nurses will provide clinically relevant information to support the appropriate use of all influenza products to internal and external customers during core business hours.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Respond efficiently to 1-800 medical inquiries from internal and external customers.
• Work within a team environment, provide timely, factual, and clinically relevant information on all products and triage more complex requests which require product specialist support.
• Maintain a complete and up-to-date information database in the assigned therapeutic area.
• Escalate and direct inquiries to appropriate internal and external resources.
Qualifications Required:
• Registered Nurses.
• Bilingualism is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and customer service skills.
• Superior collaboration skills to enable functioning in a flexible, team-oriented, dynamic and professional medical information service are essential.
• Influenza experience would be preferable
