Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time

Duties /Responsibilities:
• Set up displays of merchandise in showroom.
• Provide advice about products.
• Proactively engaging customers through acknowledgement in a timely and effective manner.
• Using available resources to provide accurate product information, including features, advantages/benefits and warranties.
• Resolving customer complaints and issues.
• Accurately processing transactions, including payments, credits/refunds, and void transactions, as required
• Maintaining merchandise presentation standards throughout the day.
• Quote customers on estimates accurately and quickly.
Required:
•Knowledge of Sales and Customer Service,
•Basic Computer knowledge.
•Reliable, flexible, hardworking and punctual.
•The ability to work in a fast paced environment and under pressure.
•Own Vehicle and able to handle both inside and outside sales.
•Fluent in English any other language would be an asset.
•Some experience in the plumbing industry would be an asset.
