Responsibilities:
# Manage team of off-shore web developers.
# Define and document web site requirements
# Customize and develop web based applications
# Create web forms that interface with other systems (CRM, eMail, Databases)
# Identify problems and trouble shoot code issues
# Catalog and maintain web site file structure
# Ensure consistent implementation of code guidelines across the site
# Update content, templates, and programs as required
# Work closely with the web and marketing team to create new and exciting additions to JustThink offers, and contribute to design development team meetings
Required
# Formal education in Web Development as well as 5+ years of related experience.
# Advanced knowledge of web mark-up/scripting languages: PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, DHTML.
# Advanced knowledge in working with various XML-based API's for payment gateways.
# Strong background in database design, SQL, mySQL
# Experience with Web Server Administration in a linux and Plesk environment
# Experience working with and coding for Content Management Systems.
# Ability to design dynamically generated pages
# Solid understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues
# A broad knowledge of current web technologies and design tools
# Demonstrated problem solving and analytical abilities
# Proven aptitude for quick creative thinking with attention to detail within demanding timelines
# Capable of working independently while also being a strong, passionate team player on projects
# Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
