We are seeking highly motivated and results driven individuals to become part of our “Managers-in-Training” program. This exciting opportunity starts with a 12 to 18 month on-the-job training position based in the Greater Vancouver area. You will learn to be responsible for successfully coordinating and directing all activities within the assigned operation. You will help to ensure that customer satisfaction, employee relations and retention programs are developed and maintained. You will become skilled at achieving the financial goals of our client and Sodexho. You will gain knowledge of effective implementation of policies and procedures in compliance with client, corporate, and regulatory agency standards.
