Responsibilities/ Duties:
• Direct and coordinate the integration of the Planning & Scheduling and Cost Analysis
initiatives at the project site for multiple contractors to the China AP-1000 projects.
• Ensure consistent application of Shaw Stone & Webster Nuclear Services Project Controls
Procedures to provide, maintain, and update a cohesive and comprehensive project
schedule.
• Establish and manage an approved project baseline budget.
• Provide thorough project schedule and cost performance reporting including performance
metrics, analysis, trending, and forecasting.
• Work closely with the Joint Project Management Organization (JPMO) Project Controls
Manager, the project management, and other key project leads to provide Project Controls
support to meet the objectives of the project.
• Schedule and lead performance review meetings on behalf of the site; and provide
schedule and cost information for corporate and other reports and presentations as
required.
Required Skills:
• B.S. degree.
• 15 years relevant experience.
• Experience with cost and schedule systems used for major international EPC contracts.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
