Cardholder Inquiries Coordinator
This position is responsible for investigating transaction issues of cardholders while providing excellent customer service. You are a problem solver, adept at dealing with customer service issues, have strong communications skills, and excellent telephone skills. You enjoy research and reporting and have attention to detail. You have a minimum of two years experience in a call centre environment.
Responsibilities:
• Researching customer transactions for errors
• Providing regular updates to customers on the status of their inquiries and advising them of the outcome
• Liaising with Financial Institutions
• Processing financial adjustments
• Ensure the timely closure of all inquiries
• Accurate and detailed record keeping of all inquiries
• Successful execution of scheduled daily processes
• Any other duties as necessary
Education
College Certificate or Equivalent Experience
Experience
Minimum of 2 years Call Centre experience is essential
Financial adjustment processing
Working in a fast-paced environment
