This is an exciting role for someone that’s looking for a diverse role. You'll use your troubleshooting and investigation skills to tackle ABM (automatic banking machine) problems even before they arise.
We provide mission critical support for our clients, on a 24 X 7 basis and we’re looking for someone who is keen on finding resolutions to trend problems based on reported activities.

Our ideal candidate should have some background in managing Issue Logs, hands on experience Troubleshooting ATM technical issues and interactions with Financial Institution customers and/or large corporate accounts.
You are incredibly self-disciplined, capable of handling high pressure situations, take pride in being able to work on issues through to resolution in a timely manner, and are comfortable working with corporate clients and liase with senior management.
