Customer Service Representative
Ontario-based Threshold Financial Technologies Inc., a division of Versent Corporation, provides outsourced transaction switching, ABM (automated banking machine) management services and turnkey ABM solutions to financial institutions and retailers. Threshold also owns and operates a nationwide private-label ABM network in Canada, branded ‘Laser Cash’.
Working in the Threshold 24/7 call centre, you will be responsible for liaising with customers and vendors to assess ABM problems and co-ordinate the resources required for resolving any issues in a timely manner. You will provide exceptional service to all customers and suppliers while maximizing the time the ABMs are fully functional.
Specific responsibilities include receiving and resolving calls from Threshold/Laser Cash clients, cardholders and sales representatives; real-time monitoring of an ABM network; determining the nature of specific problems and resolving within a timely manner; liaising with internal staff and third party service providers; maintaining accurate records of issues.
The ideal candidate must possess excellent problem solving and customer service skills, be detail oriented and have strong communication skills. Experience in a 24/7 environment and familiarity with ABMs would be advantageous. Bilingual in the English/ French languages is an asset.
