We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our small firm. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years Project Management experience and a proven track record of delivering both small and large engineering projects on time and on budget. The successful candidate will also have great communication skills both verbal and written to be able to keep clients informed throughout a project’s life. Knowledge of property management, public / private tendering, the Crown Construction Act and construction management are necessary.

Main Duties:
1. Project Management and Contract Administration
2. Client management and service on projects (both in written and verbal format)
3. Office management
4. Writing proposal and reports
5. Preparing tender documents and completing tender analysis
6. Sourcing new business and developing new client relationships

Minimum Educational requirements are a Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited institution; or 15 years experience in management capacity.
