Job Description: Professionals are accountable for performing the work for the client and exceeding client expectations during engagements. They work under the general supervision of the Director. They should be sufficiently competent to ensure that the quality of the service they perform will delight the customer. Additionally, they should be actively aware of client situations that might warrant additional company International services. Delivery Performance Responsibilities: remain professional at all times including confidentiality, accountability, and performance of quality work within deadlines; follow engagement methodologies; follow the corporate Quality Assurance system; complete projects as assigned and maintain a certain level of utilization; and target to record 45 client-billable hours each week.
Experience Desired: Recommended Position Qualifications: - Minimum 5 years experience in the service line or minimum 3 years experience in a Big Four firm. - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related service line field. - Professional designations are preferred, but not mandatory. - Effective verbal and written communication skills including presentations. - Strong background in software used in the service line, as well as Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access.
Preferred Certifications: CGA, CPA, CA
Other Notes: Big Four experience a plus; Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Outstanding customer service attitude.
