Existing business to be managed.
Strong Commission Structure - based on the sales of Audit & Assurance Business; Tax Business and Advisory Business. There are several other revenue streams ie; inbound Clients, Alliance partnerships, High end Advisory work, Bankruptcy work and so on.
Duties Include but not limited to:
• Sales and marketing responsibilities
o Assist in supporting and providing input re. marketing programs and strategies
o Assist in enhancing web and social media presence
o Assist and support educational outreach programs (i.e. webinars, seminars)
• Business Development
o Stabilize and enhance existing referral funnels
o Familiarization with the numerous firm product lines and develop a disciplined strategy for execution re. business development
o Partners will attend all prospect sales meetings to assist with closing
o Firm has invested in marketing collateral's and is in the process of updating website to assist in business development
o Commissions will be earned for on all referral funnel and prospecting business for up to three years.
o Person must be professional, disciplined, strategic and capable of generating results based on leveraging firm reputation, collateral's, multiple product lines and their own initiative.
o Person must respect and follow firm brand guidelines and at all times conduct themselves in a professional manner
o Experience in the financial services industry a plus, accounting knowledge would be a bonus but not essential.
o Individual would become a member of the senior management team providing monthly reports relating to business development.
o Individual would possess excellent communication skills and would embrace an entrepreneurial environment.
