Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
* Analysis and critical review of business processes in all areas across the firm
* Determination of best practices
* Implementation and deployment, including the above new practices
* Documentation of current processes with the mindset to improve them (Workflow analysis)
* Ability to determine realistic time lines for process changes
* Ability to meet established milestones and deadlines
* Provide training and support to users including the creation of appropriate documentation for both technical and non-technical personnel
Skills
* In-depth knowledge of Business Process tools
* Ability to articulate ideas between clients and IT staff
* Working knowledge of MS Windows 2003 environment
* Working knowledge of Active Directory
* MS SQL Server experience an asset
