Responsibilities will include ….
• Responding to technical calls, emails and voicemail
• Resolving calls at a first level of support
• Incident Management/Escalation
• Monitoring systems
• Working independently or as a part of a team on software-related projects
• Other duties as assigned

Required Skills and Qualifications ….
• Help Desk procedures
• Desktop/application experience WAN/LAN environment
• Strong knowledge of Windows (2000, XP)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite applications
• Knowledge of desktop level applications - Internet Explorer, Norton Antivirus
• Knowledge of PC diagnostic tools
• Knowledge of HP printers & photocopiers
