TAX Mgr/Sr Mgr Mergers & Acquisitions
Job Description:
Our M&A professionals provide our clients with value-added advice on all manner of transactions related to acquisitions, mergers, disposals and restructuring, including:
We are seeking candidates with the following:
• Strong technical tax background as a result of 2-5 years experience advising emerging and/or multinational Canadian companies on their domestic tax strategy;
• Experience in corporate tax research, consulting and compliance in a professional services firm, industry, government agency and/or law firm is essential;
• High motivation and interest in taking the initiative for their own personal growth and development;
• Demonstrated ability to identify tax consulting opportunities;
• Willingness to aggressively market services to existing and prospective clients;
• Client service orientation combined with creative problem solving skills; strong written and oral communication skills;
• Ability to manage, develop, and retain a team of tax professionals.
