The Forensic Technology Solutions is part of Advisory Forensic Services and specializes in the forensic capture and analysis of electronic data. The Forensic Services department investigates financial crime, including fraud, money laundering and false accounting.
This practice has assembled a team of professionals to provide solutions to clients across a broad spectrum. The breadth and depth of their professionals experience allow them to provide their clients with innovative solutions to their data preservation, investigation, analysis and reporting needs.
They are seeking an experienced manager to join the rapidly growing and dynamic practice to oversee the Computer Forensics team.
Responsibilities:
As a manager in the Forensic Technology Solutions practice, you will:
. Acting as the manager responsible for more junior staff on multiple
forensic technology assignments and be the primary person responsible for the engagement teams, including: risk management, project management, and client relationships.
. To assist senior staff in the development and marketing aspects of
the business including; preparing and attending client proposals, presenting to large audiences and understanding the risk management side of the business
. Taking the lead to develop issue based solutions and approaches and
effectively applying them to client needs.
. Participate in the development of new FTS methodologies or
approaches to address client/market needs.
. To act as a career coach for more junior members of staff.
Technical Requirements
. Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or
similar discipline is required
. Experience with forensic imaging and analysis tools such as Encase,
Forensic Tool Kit is required
. Investigations experience an asset
. Finance, accounting, and/or economic coursework is not required but
is preferred
