The team of experienced forensic technology consultants gathers, interprets, and analyzes massive volumes of data and applies financial, statistical, accounting, and information technology skills to provide effective and efficient solutions to complex business issues.
They have extensive experience in assisting our clients with their e-Discovery efforts in a variety of cases, including criminal investigation, civil litigation and regulatory/government enquiries.
Due to the rapid growth of our e-discovery practice, we are seeking an experienced manager to oversee our Electronic Discovery team.
Responsibilities
As a manager in the Forensic Technology Solutions practice, you will:
. Actively engage in marketing and promoting our e-discovery services;
. Be responsible for managing projects and monitoring the quality of
work performed;
. Oversee e-discovery staff development and their on-going training;
and
. Actively seek new solutions and methodologies to ensure effective
and efficient provision of our services.
Required Skills --
. 3 to 5 years experience in information technology legal support or
electronic document management in the legal industry;
. Master's or Bachelor's degree in Law, computer science, information
technology, or similar discipline is required;
. General understanding of IT environments and legal technologies is
required in order to effectively communicate with both Lawyers and IT personnel;
. Knowledge of major electronic document review systems (i.e. iConect,
Ringtail, Concordance) an asset; and
. A high level of personal integrity and energy, a commitment to
teamwork and a strong desire to learn.
The ability and willingness to travel within Canada and internationally will also be expected in this role.
