Our client is a leading financial services provider offering a complete range of international financial service including; Trust and Company Management, Corporate Fiduciary, Fund Administration and Accounting, Banking and Investment Management.
The Corporate Administrator will be required to provide corporate administration services for a diverse portfolio of clients. Duties will include attending Board meetings, taking detailed notes and preparing minutes of Board meetings to a very high standard.
The successful candidate will be required to deliver high levels of client service while ensuring that each client relationship is compliant with internal policies and procedures.
Ideally, suitable candidates should be a university graduate with an excellent academic background or have at least five years experience in a similar role. A corporate secretarial qualification is necessary for the position and should possess an internationally recognised qualification (ICSA, CA, STEP) or be working towards such a qualification, and have a minimum of two years experience as a corporate administrator. In addition, they should be able to demonstrate excellent organisational, communication (both written and oral) and computer skills.
The salary will be commensurate with experience and education. Benefits include a contributory pension scheme, health insurance and discretionary bonus.
