We are looking for a dynamic and charismatic individual to join our team of consultants. We are currently a Cayman Islands based recruitment firm and therefore the ability to relocate easily is essential.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the whole recruitment process including business development, attracting new clients and candidates, understanding needs of both to achieve the best results and adopting innovative problem solving/creative thinking techniques while sourcing candidates and new business opportunities.
Day to day responsibilities will include preparing client employment job descriptions and adverts, interviewing, screening, testing and short listing candidates, generating and taking client briefs, developing staffing solutions and developing candidate database.
All candidates must as a minimum be University graduates, possess advanced communication and presentations skills and be highly competent with Microsoft Word Suite. The ability to demonstrate a proven track record within the industry will be required.
