This person will be responsible for promoting the client’s products and promotions, and increasing the sales of these products and services to current and prospective customers.
Will also be able to provide insight and solutions to technical queries, account information and general services questions that customers may raise.

Working collaboratively with other Customer Service Representatives and Call Centre Leaders, the successful candidate will become proficient in their understanding of the client’s products/processes/systems, and will also share their knowledge with others.
Accountable for continuously providing exceptional customer service and meeting monthly performance objectives, including sales targets, call quality, and call handle time.
