Our client, a major employer in the City of Sudbury, is looking for an intermediate to senior systems administrator who is experienced in UNIX and Windows support. While the client uses AIX, the particular flavour of UNIX is not important as training will be provided if you are the right fit.

Completion of a minimum three-year university or college program related to computing
Five to six years experience in a related field
Sound knowledge of Unix operating systems, basic programming, relational databases and SQL, is and Windows O/S II
Ability to juggle changing priorities and deadlines and to cope with working in a deadline-driven environment where you are continually learning
Ability to work as a team member and with very different functional environments and a variety of users
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple tasks
Bilingualism (English/French) is desirable.
