We are currently expanding our sales team of Sales Executives / Corporate Recruiters in Barrie and looking for a Trainee Account Executive/Recruiter.
We specialize in representing VCs to the top talent available, including work in Storage/Archiving, ediscovery, Security, Networking and Wireless Infrastructure.

Negotiate fees, terms and conditions with client
Manage individual client expectations and implement appropriate service levels to meet and exceed clients needs.
Establish a daily and weekly business development strategy to achieve and exceed monthly billing production objectives.
Outstanding customer service skills and follow-up
Full lifecycle ownership from sourcing new clients to filling sales roles
We Train you on how to:
Develop and implement recruiting plan for candidates
Create job postings
Set up interviews for candidates with your clients
Screen and interview candidates.
Conduct thorough reference checks on all candidates
Manage consistent candidate flow
Refer qualified candidates to clients for position openings
Document and maintain all candidate and client information Customer Relationship Management software
Follow-up with candidates
Work with candidates to develop polished resumes and interview skills
Requirements:
Prefer sales experience
Staffing industry experience preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to react in a fast-paced environment
Possess strong negotiation skills and telephone sales skills
Networking skills
Outgoing dynamic with a desire to help
Able to organize and prioritize your goals on a daily basis
Bachelors degree or diploma in Business, Marketing or a related field an asset
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
Decision-making and negotiation skills
Capable of handling multiple tasks/ problems simultaneously; meet deadlines; set own priorities; continuously improve processes and procedures; schedule day events; prepare and give formal presentations
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and networks
