We require an interviewer to facilitate the interviewing and hiring of tutors for our company.
We would like applicants who have experience related to interviewing, such as: public speaking, managing, and leadership roles. We also prefer applicants who have some sort of background in education, whether this be the completion of tertiary studies, work as a teacher, or work as a tutor.
For this role, we provide all materials that you need to conduct the interviews, including a comprehensive manual which outlines all of the processes involved.
The payment rate would begin at $30 per hour, and go up based on your performance in this role.
The interviews would be conducted in one of our locations in Vancouver, and would need to be conducted fortnightly to begin, then once every 3-4 weeks as we build up a solid tutor base.
Each round of interviews would be around 8-12 hours work, including selecting the applicants to bring in, interviewing them, and informing us of who you think we should hire. |
