Our client, an established legal practice with a varied workload in the area of Law, is seeking an experienced candidate to join its Litigation & Insolvency department in a key offshore office.
Successful applicants must be Solicitors or Barristers, with at least 5 years of PQE in commercial litigation and insolvency.
You will be required to undertake a wide range of contentious commercial work including trust litigation, company law disputes, employment disputes, personal injury and corporate insolvency.
The ability to actively participate in local and international marketing is also a necessity, as is the ability to mentor junior attorneys in a collegiate environment.
Strong advocacy, communication, prioritising and management skills are also essential in this challenging professional environment.
