VACANCY DETAILS
The successful applicant must have a strong academic background, with a recognised Commonwealth qualification and admission to practice law, as well as at least 5 years’ post-qualification experience in Company Law, with an emphasis on Mergers & Acquisitions.
You must also be proficient in MS Office, be able to multi-task, and have superior client service and communication skills with a strong work ethic
