experienced TICO Certified Travel Sales Lead!

This position reports to:
An experienced and passionate Regional Manager who will be your coach and mentor.
Position Mission Statement:
Manage the activities of the travel office to maximize performance through effective leadership and create superior performing and travel consultant team. Manage controllable expenses and develop sales and revenue to achieve financial and customer service objectives.
Key Results and Activities:
You are motivated and will help your team meet and exceed sales targets
You will go above and beyond when it comes to client retention and customer inquiries
You will exhibit constant vigilance of consultants’ goals and daily monitoring of their sales and team efforts
You manage and monitor the administrative functions and operational processes of the branch and ensure compliance with industry standards and Travel head office requirements.
You are a passionate sales lead who networks and motivates staff to convert new people into repeat clients
Specialized Knowledge, Skills, Attributes Required:
*Minimum 5 years in a retail travel environment required*
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Superb selling and coaching skills
Time management and organizational skills
Knowledge of systems (Microsoft office, eBoard, Client linq, etc.)
