Our client is well established in the printing and consulting industry. They are looking for 2 Imaging Associates with Accounts Payable experience at their Calgary location. This is a temporary long term assignment with a strong possibility of extension. The working hours are from Monday to Friday 8:00am - 4pm.

Essential Functions:
-Imaging Associates perform daily revenue generating responsibilities
-These individuals also provide quality assurance in accordance with project specifications
-Prep - remove staples clips binding. Insert slip sheets.
-Scanning - “A” page large format aperture card color.
-Indexing - capture required information from documents.
-QA - inspect image quality and indexing accuracy according to customer requirements.

Required Skills:
- Experience in Accounts Payable
-Able to work with others in a team atmosphere.
-Shows pride in work pays attention to detail.
-Able to work with minimal supervision.
-Ability to adapt and provide customer service in a changing environment.
- PC Literacy skills.
- Strong verbal written & interpersonal skills.

Education and Experience Requirements:
- Minimum High School Diploma
- Minimum Three consecutive months as an Imaging Associate (Scanning Clerk)
