Job Description:
• Monitor and resolve incidents related to networking/infrastructure systems within a lab environment
• Initiate corrective actions to resolve errors
• Escalation of problems and issues as required
Skills:
• Experience in network management, configuration and testing
• Knowledge of operating systems such as Windows 2003 Server etc.
• Knowledge of routers, switches and LAN protocols (TCP/IP)
Requirements:
• MCSE would be nice to have
• Strong understanding of Network Protocols
• Strong troubleshooting experience
• Strong understanding of the O/S
• Strong understanding of Performance
• Debugging is a nice to have
• Would like to see some lab experience
• Individuals should come from an enterprise-level environment
• Must come from an environment where he/she was responsible for administering support to at least 50-100 servers
• No Travel/ No O/T
• Individuals should have at least 2-4 yrs of experience supporting level I or level II support
• Regular Hours
• No flexibility in location-the location is London
