Job Overview:
The candidate must be able to take requirements for developing a data injection process and perform analysis, design, code, walkthru, and test process. He/she will document and handover complete process. This candidate must be an independent worker with minimal supervision required.
Must Have Skills:
• Detailed knowledge of Oracle Databases (Oracle 10g) and PL/SQL development experience required
• Knowledge of use of Oracle DB on large scale (maintaining integrity of large DB with multiple tables, foreign keys, millions of rows
• Knowledge of Banking environment is an asset
Responsibilities:
• Work directly with the client to recommend, develop, document and implement system solutions according to business needs
• The Software Developer will be part of a team responsible for building out and maintaining enterprise information applications
• Design extract, transform and load (ETL) software components
• Develop and Test ETL software using Oracle PL/SQL
• Document software and operational procedures
• Work independently with little direct supervision in the development, testing, implementation and maintenance of systems of moderate size/complexity
• Provide detailed analysis of problems and recommends solutions
• Develop detailed system installation and implementation plans
Skills:
• Bachelors Degree in technology, finance, business or equivalent
• Experience implementing Oracle PL/SQL
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• PC skills, including office applications and project scheduling and flowcharting software
Qualifications:
• Microsoft Office - 5+ Years
• Oracle PL/SQL - 5+ Years
• Project Scheduling - 5+ Years
• UINX Shell Scripts - 5+ Years
