Description of assignment (primary duties):
The integration lead will be responsible for the overall management of the integration between FINEOS and MPI systems. He will be required to provided expertise in system integration projects, perform integration work, and manage the work stream. Primary responsibilities will include:
•Confirm and validate all integration points between FINEOS and MPI systems
•Develop and design an integration plan aligned with overall implementation approach
•Develop use cases and proofs of concept to validate integration design and approach
•Interface with MPI architecture team on overall integration solution and design
•Identify technical gaps and propose solutions
•Develop legacy conversion plan
•Help manage testing plan and environment
Skills required and competency level:
•A senior level resource with a proven track record of successfully managing software integration projects
•Must have extensive experience with JAVA development tools and methodologies (J2EE), integration with content management solutions including Kofax, IBM Websphere, Business Objects
•Extensive experience in the following areas: Web Services, JAVA, Websphere
•Desirable experience: Oracle DB and SQL, PowerBuilder, Sybase, BizTalk,
•Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
•Post secondary education in software development and/or project management
•Experience with product testing
•Ability to lead team of technical SMEs
•Solid understanding of software development lifecycle
