Our client, a Big 4 audit firm in the Cayman Islands is seeking an audit manager for their alternative investment or insurance practice. This position will allow the successful candidate to gain valuable international experience in the 5th largest financial centre in the world. Your Responsibilities Will Include:
You will be responsible for a portfolio of clients. You will develop and maintain positive relationships with client personnel, manage/mentor staff, monitor staff and progression of fieldwork, deal with complex accounting and auditing issues.

Your Qualifications:
• qualified CA, ACA, CPA, ACCA or other internationally recognized qualification
• university degree plus 4 years experience working in audit for a public accounting firm
• superior written and verbal communication skills
• strong client service ability and project management skills
• dedication to teamwork and leadership
• staff management and mentoring abilities
• financial services experience would be beneficial, but not required for the right candidate

Compensation package includes:
• Income tax free salary of US$80,000 to $90,000, depending on experience
• Performance based bonus
• 4 weeks paid vacation
• Paid relocation and settling in allowance including airfare and free accommodation and rental transportation for 2 weeks upon arrival.
