You would be part of a team in our call centre that mainly conducts surveys over the phone for various clients. There is NO collections involved, and no regular personal quotas to meet.
Skills needed include: general computer knowledge, good spoken and written English, a clear voice, a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and be flexible. Previous customer service experience or telemarketing experience an asset but not necessary.
Shifts available are weekday evenings and can vary depending on the project but a typical shift is 5:00pm-9:00pm. You have some choice in the shifts that you work each week.
We provide paid training and a starting wage of $11.00/hr.
