PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
• Marketing temporary recruitment services to new and existing accounts, from small owner-managed to multinational corporations
• Working within a target geographic or business segment in the Greater Toronto Area
• Developing key business relationships with Human Resource and other decision-making contacts in target organizations
• Attending networking and conferences as required (e.g. Career Fairs, HR dinners, etc.)
• Marketing to prospective clients by making outbound phone calls and making in-person appointments for the purpose of prospecting new business and identifying needs, and building on existing client relationships
• Interviewing candidates
• Dealing with client issues in relation to placement of candidates.
• Travel within the Greater Toronto Area
• Collection calls to clients as required.
• Cross selling other lines of business (e.g. Toronto Jobs Newspapers, Career Fairs, on-line job postings, etc.)
• Other duties as assigned.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
• You will have experience in either a recruitment firm/employment agency or in an HR recruiting role is required
• Well-organized, detail-oriented individual.
• Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication
