Our client a leading supply company located in GTA is seeking a Customer Service Representative.
Essential position responsibilities include:
-Process customer orders, quotes and other requests in a timely accurate manner. Return all phone calls within 24 hours. Offer “Specials” etc to customer (up sell); establish and maintain customer and company relationships
-Responsible for customer follow up; B/O’s, promotions, price changes and maintaining customer contract pricing.
-Work closely with Sales Team: helping with quotes, stock status, customer back order etc; liaison between the sales representative and the customer.
-Assist with Customer inquiries: follow up on order status, price checks, fax price lists / quotes, order returns / credits
-Work with other departments ie. A/R for credit or order questions, purchasing, warehouse
-Other individually assigned departmental responsibilities

-Daily interacts with Sales Team, Warehouse personnel, Purchasing and A/R (Credit)
-Daily interacts with customers
Interested applicants should have:
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
-High School diploma
-At Least 2 Years prior industry/customer service experience
-Good Computer Skills
-Good Communication Skills, both verbal & written
-Detail Oriented
