Our Marketing department has an opening for a talented Webmaster who will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing Top Producer Systems’ marketing web site and assisting with the implementation and tracking a variety of online marketing campaigns.

Position Duties & Responsibilities:

• Website management including maintaining the content on the corporate site, and co-ordination of publishing with the Release Engineering, QA and MIS teams
• Website enhancements including additions of new areas to the site and redesigns of specific sections
• Providing HTML markup for marketing based web pages and emails including converting Photoshop designs
• Email campaign fulfillment including the creation of emails from design, inserting tracking codes, managing analytics, mail server configuration and setup, C# programming of related forms, and QA of technical functionality
• Website enhancements including additions of new areas to the site and redesigns of specific sections
• Monitoring online marketing campaigns including managing the tracking of inbound emails, traffic, call volumes and overall response rates to online marketing efforts, and recommending improvements
• Studying site analytics to provide recommendations regarding the design and general usage of the site

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 4 years of related experience or a software development diploma
• Experience programming in Visual Basic, ASP using VBScript, JavaScript, HTML and C#
• Experience managing web servers running Microsoft IIS
• Good English skills and customer service skills
• Knowledge of optimization of internet based content for both efficiency and search engine placement
• A background in content management would be an asset as would knowledge of Microsoft SQL and the real estate industry
