We have an entry level opening for a self motivated Administrative Assistant to join the company's Marketing Events department. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks supporting a group of Regional Sales Associates (RSAs). If you enjoy helping people and creating order from chaos then this job is for you.
Position Duties & Responsibilities:
• Administration of sales “Quick Start” presentations including booking locations, calendar placement & payment, registrations, confirmations and funds collection
• Daily creation of promotional packages for RSA in-office presentations
• Coordination of all department marketing materials including inventory, distribution, labeling and shipping
• Weekly and monthly reconciliation of department credit card account
• Assist with building and updating the department’s prospect data base
• Assist in compiling back up for profit and loss statements and other reporting
• Assist in tradeshow order entry
• Additional administrative tasks where needed and requested
Qualifications:
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Intermediate MS office skills: Excel, Word, Outlook
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal
• Previous office experience an asset
