Customer Service Representative

We are looking for an enthusiastic and efficient Customer Service Representative to join our Call Center team. This position is well-suited for a person with a positive and professional attitude who genuinely enjoys talking to customers on the phone and finding solutions for customer issues. The successful candidate will be working a steady, Monday to Friday, dayshift with a starting base salary of $32,000/yr and opportunities to earn significant commissions.

Position Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for servicing existing customers and promoting various products and services
• Maintaining customers’ accounts and managing the licenses for their respective products through our in-house system
• Answering phones in a prompt, polite and friendly manner
• Responding to billing inquiries and resolving customer complaints
• Performing administration duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Professional phone manner
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong keyboarding and other computer skills
• A minimum of 6 months call center experience
