Run the production and maintenance operations of this ready mix concrete facility in Manitoba. You possess experience with ready mix, precast, block plant or concrete pipe operations specific to scheduling, costing, manpower planning and maintenance of production and material handling equipment. With a staff of approx 25 you will be responsible for safety, employee training , recruitment and day to day employee relations.
Ideally you are a certified trades person I.E. Industrial Mechanic and or a CET with at least 5 years experience in the industry, some of which has been in a Supervisory .I.E. Plant Sup or G/Foreman role. We will consider an individual who has substantive maintenance experience and some exposure to production in the sector. Of prime importance is the ability to organize and motivate and a willingness to be a hands on participant as required.
