Produce plans and reports according to the form, content and schedules prescribed by the Forest Act, taking into consideration the needs of all the stakeholders and users of the territory in order to allow the performance of forest managemant work and mill supply.
Participate in planning management activities according to mill requirements and supply;
Carry out and monitor of sylvicultural work in order to obtain applicable sylvecultural credits and compare with annual forest plan;
Receive and ensure response to requests from forest users, including First Nations, See to application of agreements in accordance with Tembec policies and public consultations.
Collaborate in carrying out forestry inventories directly related to development of annual forestry management plans and ensure their monitoring.
Actively contribute to development of general forest management plan and ensure its monitoring as to respect management strategies.
Maintain close ties with representatives of the Natural Resources Ministry, other stakeholders, First Nation communities and all other forest users.
