As a Business Development Specialist (BDS) you will be responsible for accurately capturing and qualifying leads and effectively managing a sales pipeline. You will achieve success through a combination of Internet research, data profiling, marketing activities, and most importantly - cold calling. The successful candidate must be comfortable speaking with Fortune 1000, small and medium business customers - from users to CEOs!
Qualifications:
*2 to 5 years of sales or lead generation experience, selling business solutions in a consultative manner
*Ability to meet and exceed targets
*Experience with contact management software and web-based research tools
*Post-secondary education, preferably in business or technology
We provide a fast-paced and challenging work environment, a performance-based compensation plan, comprehensive benefits, group RRSP, and a flexible, fun work atmosphere.
Compensation: $14.00 to $17.50 per hour, plus performance-based compensation plan
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (no weekends)
