As a Business Development Specialist (BDS) you will be responsible for accurately capturing and qualifying leads and effectively managing a sales pipeline. You will achieve success through a combination of Internet research, data profiling, marketing activities, and most importantly - cold calling. The successful candidate must be comfortable speaking with Fortune 1000, small and medium business customers - from users to CEOs!
Qualifications:
• Experience selling business solutions in a consultative manner; evidence of success in achieving quotas
• 2-5 years sales or lead generation experience, preferably in software IT solution sales
• An ability to develop and maintain peer-to-peer relationships with senior decision-makers
• Experience with contact management software and web based research tools an asset
• A degree in business or technology
• A positive attitude and the drive to succeed!!
Compensation: Income is based upon education and experience. All positions are paid hourly, ranging from $12.00 to $17.50 per hour. In addition to an hourly income, a performance-based compensation ranging from $2,500 to $5,000 per annum.
Hours: Part-time position hours are flexible. Part-time employees work a minimum of 15 hours per week from 8:00 am and 6:30 pm, Monday through Friday. We are closed Saturdays, Sundays and Statutory Holidays.
