We are looking for Marketing Services Representatives who are enthusiastic, self-motivated and strong communicators to help leverage existing marketing programs and sales efforts. Individuals will act as a direct extension of our clients' marketing and sales teams in executing a high volume of business-to-business (B2B) conversations via telephone. You will have contact with executives of Fortune 1000 companies by working on various client projects ranging from event recruitment to lead generation.
Qualifications:
*Post-secondary education, preferably in marketing, business or technology
*Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
*Strong phone and customer service skills complemented by confidence and the ability to multi-task
*Self-motivated and able to work in a strong team environment
*Ability to set and achieve goals and willingness to go the extra mile to achieve project and team objectives
*Experience with contact management software and web-based research tools
*Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
We provide a fast-paced and challenging work environment, a performance-based compensation plan, comprehensive benefits, group RRSP, and a flexible, fun work atmosphere!
Compensation: $12.00 to $13.50 per hour, plus bonus structure
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (no weekends)
