We are a web/software development company offering a great opportunity for an experienced Billing Department Customer Support Specialist to contribute to our team.
You Will:
● Identify customer needs and provide the highest quality of service and standards to meet these needs
● Provide support services by phone, email, web, specifically within our Billing Department, to our customer base to ensure smooth operation of the software
● Handle all chargebacks, member disputes, and fraud
● Advise clients on methods of resolving issues or recommending specific solutions
Qualifications:
Previous customer support experience, working in a Billing Department an asset
Knowledge on handling refunds and chargebacks an asset
High school diploma or the equivalent
Bilingual in English and French, Spanish an asset
Good knowledge of computers and Internet
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Problem solving capabilities
Creative analytical thinking
Ability to work effectively individually and cooperatively as part of a team
Salary:
$13.00/hr, 40hrs per week (9:30AM-5PM)
