Dear Madam/Sir, Recently, I delivered, managed and completed a Service Desk and Business Intelligence (Objects) solutions project to a group of hospitals in Phoenix - Arizona. The Hospital aimed at using one solution to support IT, medical and general maintenance group of users with different issue backgrounds. During my career, I have built a wide range of knowledge, expertise and experience that I can employ to assist and lead in Service Desk daily usage and manning, monitoring, management and implementation in a variety of industries while main objective being customer satisfaction and productivity.
