I am seeking a position as a Business Analyst or Software Trainer. I am currently working as a Trainer for aal Solutions, an education software company in Burlington. The experience I have gained through presenting/demonstrating software to clients will be beneficial in enhancing my skills as a Business Analyst. Prior to this my career has background was in the IT/Financial Industry in a Business Analyst and Customer Support Role including 5 years with CIBC and 3 years with Datawest, a Financial Services company. Through these roles I have gained valuable experience working on the project management, testing and implementation of projects. I have excellent organizational and time management skills accompanied by an enthusiastic attitude and great interpersonal skills.
